124 Hub

Face to face confidential support for young people aged 13-25.

How our service can help you

Are you worried about your Mental, Physical or Sexual Health? Are you aged between 13-25?

Come and speak to a GP or counsellor at the 124 Hub for confidential and friendly support.

The 124 Hub is a youth centre where you will be able to see a GP, mental health worker and youth worker all in one place, at the same time.

When you visit the Hubs you will get an appointment with a GP that is up to 40 minutes long. After this, we an offer you therapeutic support or will signpost you to other services in Lewisham. All support is face to face, confidential and friendly. The Hubs provide inclusive support that is based on the individual needs and culture of each young person.
