What is the Enhanced Access Service?
GP practices and Sevenfields Primary Care Network are working together to deliver extra appointments to see patients face-to-face. These appointments are available on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
To book an appointment, you must call your GP practice. Your GP practice can book you an appointment, after speaking to you on the phone, in person, or reviewing your online request.
Any clinician you see at the Enhanced Access Service has access to your healthcare record to ensure they can offer the right treatment.
What do you offer?
Appointments are available throughout the week with different types of clinicians (such as GPs and Nurses). Contraception appointments are also offered.
Please note we are not a walk-in service and appointments must be booked prior to attendance.
As of August 1st, we have increased the number of clinics and have added new locations. This will allow us to provide you with more appointments and closer clinics.

Please note travel vaccinations are not offered in the Enhanced Access clinics, these must be arranged with your GP practice.

You can cancel an appointment with Enhanced Access by contacting your GP practice by phone, or you can email us at at [email protected] with:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your registered GP practice
- Your appointment time.
Please be aware that the email address is only monitored Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and your GP Practice will operate within their own working hours.
Please note: we cannot book an initial appointment for you via this email address, only your GP can do this.
