Book an Appointment or Get Advice

There are now a range of ways you can get advice and book an appointment, including online consultations and by using the NHS App.  Our member practices offer different options, and so it’s best to check your practice website for the very latest information.

One of the fastest ways to get advice or book an appointment, is to use the NHS App. Keep reading to find out more.

What is the NHS App?

The NHS App is an app designed to allow you to access NHS Services. It allows you to access services without the need to sit in a telephone queue. You will need to prove who you are to have full access to the NHS App, but once you have done this you’ll be able to do things such as order repeat prescriptions, book and manage appointments and view your health record. You can find out more about what you can do on the NHS App here.

How do I access the NHS App?

You can download the app onto a smartphone (if the smartphone was made after 2016), or you can access the same services by logging into the NHS website.
