About the Event
Are you ready to learn more about Social Prescribers and their role in your GP practice? Come along and find out more about at our exciting event celebrating Social Prescribing Day!
Our Social Prescribers and Health and Wellbeing Coaches will be available on the day to talk to you more about the services they offer, and how they can support you to improve your health and wellbeing.
We will also be joined by a number of organisations in your local community, including but not limited to:
- Stop Smoking Clinic
- Imago – provide support and advice to unpaid carers.
- Lewisham Wellbeing Hub – Providing mental health support
- Lewisham Council – Family Thrive, Children and Family’s Information Service.
- Citizens Advice
- Network Healthcare (Health and social care recruitment)
There will also be the opportunity to find out more about apprenticeship opportunities for young people.

This venue is accessible and open to all. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and toilets are available. Tea, coffee and snacks will also be available to anyone attending!
