Your GP practice will contact you to book you in to a clinic. Please do not phone your GP practice or the health centres above.
Patients will be contacted to be booked in to the clinics in order of their JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) category.

If you wish to see a GP when your surgery is closed, don’t forget you can use the Out of Hours service — NHS 111. Alternatively, you can book an appointment in advance or on the day by calling your normal GP receptionist and requesting an appointment at one of our hubs.
PLEASE DO NOT submit any medical enquiries via this form (this includes request for sick-notes (fit notes), blood tests, referral to onward services, and medication requests which are not on your repeat list). For these, you must either call your practice to book a telephone call with a doctor, complete an eConsult or download and use the NHS App.
